In this page you will find links to a variety of very interesting charts with valuable information pertaining to gemstones from The International Gem Society. The first link “Gem Listing” gives a comprehensive, individual information for each gem. That includes: chemistry, hardness of the stone, heat sensitivity, wearability, among other things. The other links show charts of very frequently used terminology within the industry. I thought there might be some customers that might want to have all that information readily available.
