This is the order form for those who would like to use other forms of payment besides Paypal.

All customers who have foreign addresses should also use this form before using Paypal to make sure that shipping and handling fees are accurate. International orders are shipped via Global Express Mail through the United States Postal Service. It takes generally one week and the cost includes insurance and a tracking number, it does not include customs/VAT charges.
