Ordering Information

SHOPPING CART

Ordering is very easy. We offer PayPal secure server. You can place your order online using the convenient shopping cart. Just click on the “add to cart” button and you will begin your Paypal checkout, either for one or several items; Paypal will take care of your checkout. This is a very safe and secure form of payment, all transactions are 100% encrypted and secure (SSL).

VIA EMAIL

You can also place an order via email, to make this process easy for you, we have created an "order form" that you can access from the menu bar. Send us an e-mail telling us which item you want, and we will get in touch with you to exchange the appropriate information to process the order. We accept checks and money orders drawn of US banks in US dollars. We can also take payments via email through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account for this form of payment. It is safe and secure because we will provide the link for you to make the payment within the PayPal secure server

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are welcome!. Contact us to place your order and for shipping information using the order form. International orders are shipped via Global Express Mail through the United States Postal Service, the fee for shipping is $22.00. It takes generally one to two weeks for the package to arrive and the cost includes insurance and a tracking number, it does not include customs/VAT charges.

PACKAGING

We ship gemstone and silver items in a ziplock bag with bubble wrap and tissue paper. I recommend storage of your silver jewelry in the ziplock bag to prevent tarnishing. Pearls items will not be packed inside plastic (see Bead Care page) instead they will be placed in a cloth bag and white tissue paper.

SHIPPING

Items will be shipped within 5 business days of payment confirmation. You will be notified via email when your order ships. Please feel free to email us if you have questions about your order.

When there are custom orders, we will let you know via email when we will be shipping. Items made to order take time to customize! If you need an item shipped quickly, please include that in the comment section of the checkout page.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES are as follows:

The fee is a flat $7.00 that includes shipping/handling, insurance and delivery confirmation. This is for US domestic shipping via USPS.

MD SALES TAX

Purchases made by Maryland residents are subject to 6% sales tax.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry Please contact us if you wish to return or exchange an item. Items will be returned for a full refund (less shipping) or for store credit as long as they are received back by us within 15 days. Items must be well packed and returned in the original and unused condition. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please ship your items in an insured package.

Send your item(s) with any and all tags attached, original packing materials, return form, and original invoice to us by an insured courier (UPS or Registered Mail) and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write "jewelry" or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.
